What a great 2015 summer season Settings Event Rental had. From Breckenridge to Alamosa, and Crested Butte to Pueblo we traveled thousands of miles in the region. We didn’t always remember a camera but here are a few photos we snapped before the events were fully set up.

Aspen Ridge has amazing views and several locations for events. To book events in the national forest contact the local forest service office for special permits and requirements. We love locations off the beaten path!
The Boathouse Cantina welcomed visitors in a big way for the Mumford and Sons concert in Salida.
We traveled over Hooiser Pass for a wedding outside of Breckeridge. This beautiful VRBO is located on the banks of the Blue River.
Need extra room at your event? This Hutchinson Ranch wedding expanded the size of the venue with a 40×60 tent out back. Filled with farm tables, wooden benches and white resin chairs. Decorated with burlap and antlers. The barn was used for dancing, bar and food service.
We have the perfect tent for your casual or budget conscious event. This back yard event is celebrated every year with great food and Moscow Mules. Our pop up tents offer great shade or protection from the occasional afternoon rain shower. Available in 10×10 white & black, 10×20 white and 20×20 white.
Maytag Ranch just outside of Westcliffe has amazing views and a stunning venue overlooking a pond. Perfect for smaller events. Settings provided a 20×20 tent for an overflow area for guests that preferred being outside. The space also featured our wooden farm tables with cross back chairs and wine barrel bar.

Stoney Spring Ranch just outside of Salida has it all. In the lower meadow you look through the trees and can see the Angel of Shavano. Walk further down the path and you are right on the Arkansas river.
Moonstone Ventures tucked along the South Arkansas River is a quaint location for smaller event.
Quick trip to Alamosa for an early spring tent wedding. Featuring 2-20×40 tents to create a 40×40 space, panorama window walls and a zipper door wall.
For the second year in a row the Town of Buena Vista shut down Main Street for a community dinner. We were thrilled to donate a large portion of the tables and chairs used.
We do more than weddings, this back yard family reunion was at a beautiful property on the South Arkansas River west of Salida.
The Historic Pine Ranch is located near Westcliffe. The ranch is on 187 acres located at the base of Gibbs Peak and Spread Eagle Mountain in the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range.
A wedding celebration at Angel of Shavano Group Campground. What a fun event! Everyone camped in the area and enjoyed 3 days together.
