Do you offer rental delivery and pickup?
SER is happy to deliver and pick up pick up the rental items. Our delivery fees are based on location, not volume of rental inventory. Additional trip fees may apply to split deliveries. Delivery does not always include set up of your rental items. Our delivery crew will drop off all items in a designated location. For pick up, please have all the items stacked and prepared according to contract in the same location and condition as delivered. If you would like to save on delivery and pick up, you are welcome to pick up the products yourself. Please give advance notice for this option. Once it is in your vehicle you are fully responsible for its care. Please bring appropriate tie downs for the safeguard of the equipment and be aware some items may require large vehicle or extended beds to transport. All trailers must be enclosed, clean and free of debris.
Can I add to my order once I make a deposit?
Yes, we understand that planning is a process. We recommend reserving what you know you want and need. Then add to your order along the way. You can call, email or do a change request through your account.
How do we reserve if we do not know our final guest count?
We understand that you are working with a guest count estimate. On items like tables, chairs, dishware, glassware, silverware and linens final counts are due no later than 14 days before your event. Your balance will reflect those changes.
Do you have a showroom and where do I pick up?
Yes, our showroom and warehouse is located at 124 Halley's Avenue in Poncha Springs, Colorado. This is between CRs 120 and 128 in the growing north side of town. We are available by chance or appointment. Customer pick up and return is at the rear of the building at Door 2.
What's your process to reserve an order?
We're happy to start by working up a quote for the items you are interested in. We can either chat on the phone, communicate by email, set up a showroom appointment. Once the quote is close to where you would like it, we require a signed contract and non-refundable 50% deposit to hold the equiptment and date. Let us know of any additions along the planning process. Final counts are due no later than 14 days before your event. Your balance will reflect the changes and is due 9 days before.
When do you set up delivery and pick up times?
Delivery and pick up time windows are usually confirmed 5-7 days before your event. Tented events take priority and are always installed and removed in the morning hours. We generally complete our deliveries/pick ups by 3 p.m. If you are stopping by our warehouse to pick up/return, those times are scheduled in advance as well. After hours appointments for SER deliveries/returns and customer pick ups/returns at our facility are not always available and may be an added fee.
